Festival setup time will begin from 3:30PM for 4:30PM start to 10:00PM finish.

For those who can help:
1. Meet up at  BT clubhouse by 3:30PM to pick up gear.
2. Arrive at festival by 4:00PM to carry stuff from the car park and setup. 
3. Stay for 1 or 2 hours.
4. Need (minimum) 4 people to set up and operate the stall.

1 x table
4 x chairs
1 x Typhoon banner with flag pole
4 x paddles 
Typhoon flyers 
Battery-run lighting
